All seals are checked and repaired including the roof. Unit has a double sofabed, a dinnette that turns into a single bed. DVD's, air conditioner, and sleeps 5 people. Master bedroom has a queen sized bed with privacy door, lots of storage and closets, and a 26 inch flatscreen TV. Dining room set converts to a double bed and the living room couch contains an electric powered queen size air mattress. Lots of storage, electronic: self levelling, awning, 2 slide outs, auto front steps. Dining/living room has a 32 inch flatscreen TV. 30AMP SVC. RULES of the ROAD: No climbing on the roof, no smoking.please and thank you! Pets friendly as long as you keep it clean. Expected that the RV Motorhome will be returned with the same amount of gas and propane tanks, marked at delivery. And in clean and "well kept" condition. Please ensure you purchase RV Motorhome specific toliet paper (TP) and specific septic tank odour control fluid (sufficient amount will be supplied). RV's require this for ease of disintegration of TP in black water or septic tanks. Septic (black) tank odour control is necessary to ensure the fumes are not disagreeable to you, during your vacation experience. These products are available in RV Stores or Canadian Tire/ Walmart. Upon return to owner: grey water (shower/sink) and black (sewage) tanks' need/should be emptied at your campground.
