Kentron Construction who is part of Terus Construction Ltd group is well established and reputable construction operating business that has been part of the community for over 35 years.
Kentron Construction is looking for a highly motivated individual to join the team as Administrative Assistant.
Responsibilities are primarily diversified administrative support related to Kentron Construction administration duties. These are mostly centered on receptionist duties, scales duties, accounts receivable and payable related functions, various report requirements (Management and Corporate reporting) and documents fillings.
The selected candidate would be the primary local office contact working with the Company's Head office Finance team.
The ideal candidate will possess:
Experience working in a team environment
Experience in office administration (Corporate environment is an asset)
Excellent computer skills with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
Excellent organization skills
Some knowledge of the JDE system is an asset
Strong oral and written communication skills
A high school diploma
Experience as a financial clerk
Post-secondary courses in accounting / finance preferable.
